José has provided consulting services to start-up and developing airlines in the areas of strategic marketing, product development, customer service, cultural identity, internal communications and other operational as well as tactical areas.  José has served as expert witness in various aviation industry litigation cases and has appeared before congress in support of various aviation related issues.  José also provides executive coaching to several senior-level executives.
